First day of spring - Time to Clean

Well, I had a good day and did a little cleaning. I just hope I did not overdo it. I will find out tomorrow.
I made an awesome necklace for my mother in law. It was her birthday today. It is made of freshwater pearls, both round and stick type. It truly turned out beautiful.
I just have not had time to make much. And, when I did have time, I was truly too bad to even think about doing anything.
Maybe, the B vitamins are helping me some. My neurologist suggested that I take them. B1 & B6 are good for carpal tunnel. So, as bad as I have been lately, I decided to do something new.
Does anyone out there use any sort of homeopathic treatments and how have the treatments worked? I am getting so tired of trying new meds to have them work well and then stop working after a month or two.
Granted, even on these good days, I still have a lot of pain. But, the fatigue is better. Three days ago I couldn't walk 15' without sitting down. And, unless someone experiences this extreme fatigue they have no idea.
Don't forget to visit my website. You can find the link on this blog.

Agony, torturous, dark day,
and then,
A spark of light,
enters our life,
Ever so slowly,
our soul reappears,
And, our darkness creeps
away,
Only to cycle again and again,
Until the end of day.

I wish I could Sleep, but we can't have it all.

Well, hear it is, the middle of the night again and I am wide awake. The sleeping pill did nothing. But, I am truly grateful, I had two good days in a row. Boy, that last flare took so much out of me. It took me forever to recover. It seems that when I flare, each time is worse, and then the fatigue sets in and I am done for about 4-5 days. This flare lasted two weeks. I will get a couple day reprieve and then the cycle starts again. But the fatigue gets worse each time and the time to recover is longer.
I have not made anything new in almost two weeks. No desire. Or should I say incentive.
Tomorrow will be a good day to create. It is going to sleet and rain here.
Well goodnight to all you beaders and fibro's. Take care, remember pace yourself, try to make it through these weather changes.

Spring and Fibromyalgia

By now I am a fibro expert. With so much information available it is not hard to study up. The weather changes are difficult. How I deal:
1. Get additional rest
2. Hot baths - Add those bubbles. It is soothing to the sole and fun, too.
3. Order some bath salts. You can order it cheaper off the net.
4. Think positive. It will get better.
If anyone has anymore helps, please post.

Spring is coming

Spring is on the way. Yippee. It is time to start planning your new spring wardrobe. I look forward to spring because I know warmer weather is around the corner. Being a person with fibro, spring is tough on me but warm weather is wonderful. I still get fatigued but my pain is much better. I am planning to work on adding spring jewelry to my website. I just received some great looking large beads. But, I am having problems finding braided cord that is multicolored. I have a great idea!!. Our daughter left for college today. She came home for spring break. Two more months and graduation.

Another Day

Well, it is another day and I hope you all are well. To all you fibro's, today was an achy day for me. Snow was coming, the weather changing again. Hopefully, I can get back to making my jewelry soon.

About Me

My passion is making jewelry. I just love it. I am a home body, computer addict, and a fibromyalgic. I have found that making jewelry is therapy and takes my mind off my pain. Love to hear from other crafters and fibromyalgics. I was once a wonder woman, working in Quality Management, and now I have been promoted to blogger.
